Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and execute strategic marketing campaigns to promote solutions for hotels and destinations in the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams, working closely with sales counterparts to land effective marketing programs in the region.
  • The ideal candidate will have B2B marketing experience in technology or hospitality sectors, with a strong track record in multi-channel marketing, campaign execution, and lead generation.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and Execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand, generate leads, and build brand awareness for Hospitality Cloud in APAC.
  • Localize and Adapt Global Campaigns: Localize and adapt global campaigns to fit regional market needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Collaborate with sales teams to optimize the lead handoff process and support conversion goals.
  • Curate and Localize Marketing Content: Curate and localize marketing content (emails, landing pages, sales collateral) for regional audiences.
  • Plan and Promote Events: Plan and promote webinars, online demos, and virtual events through relevant marketing channels.
  • Support Physical Events: Support physical events and trade shows by creating marketing collateral and driving attendance.
  • Collaborate with Industry Partners: Collaborate with industry partners to run joint campaigns in the region.
Requirements:
  • 5-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in technology or hospitality industries.
  • Proven expertise in campaign management, lead generation, and digital marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong content marketing skills, including email marketing, landing page optimization, and sales collateral creation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to optimize campaign content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in travel, travel technology, or hospitality marketing.
  • Familiarity with APAC market trends and customer preferences.
  • Experience running partner marketing campaigns in collaboration with external organizations.
  • Experience in B2B Account-based marketing/Enterprise marketing would be an added advantage.
