Senior Physical Design Lead

Job Role:
We are seeking a seasoned expert in physical design to assume a leadership position within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed physical designs from RTL/Netlist to GDSII, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Ensure the successful completion of physical, timing & power signoff at the block level.
- Develop and implement efficient Engineering Change Order processes.
- Maintain and enhance scripting & automation skills using Perl, Tcl, Awk, Python, driving productivity and innovation.
- In a lead role, direct and manage a team of engineers, serving as a primary point of contact for stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate profound expertise in physical design flows and signoff methodologies, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Excel in technical communication, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Prioritize and execute small project initiatives with precision and efficiency.
