Our company is seeking an Architect to lead projects from conceptualization to execution.

The ideal candidate will oversee project lifecycle, construct diagrams using AutoCAD for effective communication and ensure timely execution with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create clear visualizations of project plans
  • Evaluate project progress regularly to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Establish relationships with government departments for project facilitation
  • Develop technical drawings and presentations for client interactions
  • Implement design concepts aligned with client requirements
  • Collaborate with construction professionals and project teams
  • Demonstrate expertise in 3D software and design skills

Requirements:

  • B. Arch/M. Arch degree with a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills with government contacts
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
  • Effective project management and coordination skills
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards
  • Creative mindset with strong visualization skills
  • Proven experience managing and delivering projects independently
