The Role of Senior Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Architect who will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects. This individual must possess in-depth knowledge of project completion steps and be able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed plans and drawings outlining architectural design, ensuring that they meet all relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address any issues that may arise.
  • Oversee the entire construction process, making recommendations as needed to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with teams to establish goals, schedules, and budgets, leveraging expertise to drive results.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 5-6 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proficient in English and Kannada (Mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with a working knowledge of other design software.
  • Experience in Residential projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
