Job Role: Quantum Error Correction Research Lead
In this critical role, you will lead research efforts on Quantum error correction to be applied for QpiAI Qubits. This position demands breakthrough research in Quantum Error corrections, requiring a deep understanding of Quantum theory and its applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Quantum error correction codes on FPGA, working closely with the Quantum hardware team.
- Conduct research on Surface codes and Quantum LDPC, with a focus on error correction and mitigation.
- Collaborate with RTL design engineers to implement QEC decoders on the FPGA.
- Provide a roadmap for Fault-tolerant error corrected Quantum computers, working with peer Principal scientists.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Quantum error correction and its applications.
Requirements:
- PhD or Postdoc in Quantum error correction, Quantum theory.
- Published multiple publications on Quantum Error Correction (QEC).
- Good working knowledge of Surface codes and Quantum LDPC.
- Ability to work with Quantum hardware team to implement Quantum error correction codes on FPGA.
- Understanding of different types of qubits that can be error correctable.
- Simulation model of errors and error correction codes with Quantum modeling.
