Senior System Administrator Job

About the Position:

This role is focused on ensuring the stability and performance of supply chain systems. You will be responsible for providing proactive system administration, troubleshooting, and technical support.

The successful candidate will bridge technology and operations by managing system configurations, monitoring performance, and resolving incidents. They will also serve as the first point of contact for business users.

This position requires a strong understanding of system administration, IT support, and supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar supply chain solutions.

A solid grasp of SQL/Oracle and general familiarity with automation infrastructure in distribution and logistics environments are desirable.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing end-to-end support for all supply chain solutions
  • Serving as the immediate technical contact for all locations that use supply chain systems
  • Troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating issues and outages
  • Managing automation infrastructure for DCs, MDCs, and Ship Hubs
  • Responding to system alerts and using monitoring tools to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues within supply chain systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or a related role required
  • Hands-on experience with WMS or similar supply chain solutions strongly preferred
