We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a People Growth Intern. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, team building, and performance management.

Your mission will be to support our growth strategy by owning the recruitment cycle, tracking team performance, and optimizing HR processes. You will work closely with our founder to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive business success.

  • Owning the Hunt: Source and engage top talent, schedule interviews, and make final hiring decisions.
  • Be the Culture Glue: Track team performance, organize activities that boost morale, and find new learning opportunities to level up everyone's skills.
  • Optimize Everything: Use your digital savvy to streamline HR processes, bring new ideas to the table, and move at pace.
