Project Manager Role Overview

This is a key opportunity to join our team as a skilled Project Manager responsible for the execution of complex projects.

Key responsibilities include overall project management, coordinating activities with teams, defining and assigning work packages, scheduling engineering activities, developing technical concepts, preparing tender documents, assessing subcontractor offers, and supervising internal projects.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, at least 10 years of experience in project management, extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, excellent English language skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and related software.

  • Overall Responsibility: Execute complete control and protection system engineering for FACTS projects.
  • Coordinate Activities: Control and protection activities during the project execution phase.
  • Work Package Management: Define and assign work packages to team members, including tasks, due dates, costs, resources, and responsibilities.
  • Scheduling: Schedule engineering activities for C&P Software and C&P Hardware, including milestones, in coordination with the project time schedule.
  • Technical Concepts: Develop technical concepts in cooperation with other engineering departments, such as system design, equipment engineering, auxiliary systems, cabling, etc.
  • Tender Documents: Prepare technical and economic tender documents for Control and Protection.
  • Subcontractor Assessment: Assess subcontractor offers and provide technical support during the search for suitable solutions and qualified subcontractors.
  • Internal Project Supervision: Supervise internal projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
