Job Title : Enterprise Solution Specialist

About the Role :

• Implement end-to-end business solutions using SAP S/4HANA.
• Configure and maintain Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including sales order processing, pricing, credit checks, delivery, and billing tailored for vehicle sales and parts distribution. Automotive industry requirements and regulations must be taken into account during configuration and implementation.
• Define and maintain automotive-specific pricing procedures, condition techniques, tax determination, and revenue recognition. The system must be configured to accurately handle complex pricing scenarios.
• Implement and configure Variant Configuration (VC) for vehicle build options, product configurator, and BOM integration. This involves setting up a robust variant management system that can handle multiple product configurations.
• Configure Vehicle Management System (VMS) for vehicle tracking, VIN handling, and vehicle lifecycle management. The VMS must be integrated with other systems to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Set up and manage automotive dealer networks, direct sales channels, and fleet management within SAP. The system must be able to handle large volumes of data and provide real-time insights.
• Implement warranty claim processing and warranty parts return handling. The system must be configured to accurately process warranty claims and returns.
• Configure partner determination, output determination, text determination, and incompletion procedures. These procedures are critical in ensuring accurate data processing and minimizing errors.
• Manage availability check (ATP), transfer of requirements (TOR), and delivery scheduling. The system must be able to optimize delivery schedules and minimize stockouts.
• Handle returns processing, intercompany sales, consignment sales, third-party sales, and subcontracting scenarios relevant to automotive supply chains. The system must be able to handle complex returns and sales scenarios.
• Support and configure rebate processing, incentive management, and settlement management in S/4HANA Integration & Interfaces. The system must be able to accurately calculate rebates and incentives.
• Work on SAP SD integration with MM (Procurement), FI (Billing & Accounting), WM (Warehouse Management), and PP (Production Planning) modules. Seamless integration between these modules is critical in ensuring efficient data exchange.
• Configure intercompany and intra-company sales processes, ensuring smooth inter-module integration. The system must be able to handle complex sales scenarios involving multiple companies.
• Implement EDI/IDoc processing for automotive industry standards. The system must be able to accurately process EDI/IDoc transactions.
• Configure integration with parts catalog systems and vehicle specification databases. The system must be able to integrate with external systems to retrieve relevant data.
• Work with ALE (Application Link Enabling) and IDoc Monitoring for error handling. The system must be able to detect and resolve errors efficiently.
• Set up interfaces with logistics providers and transportation management systems. The system must be able to integrate with external systems to facilitate data exchange.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA SD functionalities, including Business Partner Concept (Customer/Vendor Integration - CVI), Simplified Data Model (No VBFA for Document Flow, Unified Tables like ACDOCA), Fiori Applications for Sales Order Processing, Pricing, and Credit Management, Billing and Settlement Management replacing SD Rebates, Implement and configure Advanced ATP for complex vehicle production and delivery scheduling, Set up and optimize automotive-specific product allocation processes, Configure vehicle transportation management and delivery scheduling, Perform data migration using SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, or BAPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• 8+ years of experience in SAP SD configuration and customization
• Experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA SD functionalities
• Deep understanding of automotive industry requirements and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
