Job Title: Social Media Team LeadWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Team Lead to join our team. This role involves driving user acquisition and retention by building a strong brand presence and executing data-driven campaigns.The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of relevant experience in social media management and influencer marketing, with a proven track record of scaling social media channels successfully. They will be responsible for ideating, scripting, and producing engaging social media content, including video, as well as identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers and influencer agencies.Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and Ideate Strategies: Scale the brand's social media channels by developing and implementing strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and reach.
  • Create Engaging Content: Ideate and script content that aligns with the brand's voice and appeals to the target audience.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure a unified brand message across all channels.
Requirements:
  • 6-7 years of relevant experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
