Paid Social Media Strategist

Job Opportunity:
You will lead the execution of a paid social media strategy across multiple platforms (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter) with a focus on in-depth analysis and recommendations for resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive App acquisition campaign optimization and meet monthly performance targets
- Identify new marketing opportunities and innovative ideas based on commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with local marketing teams to execute local tactics and develop best practice guidelines
- Contribute to digital expertise sharing across teams and drive business growth through effective paid social media campaigns
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing paid social advertising campaigns with a focus on App acquisition and full-funnel marketing
- Experience managing at least 2 of Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, or Twitter channels with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership experience, team management, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to identify marketing opportunities and develop strategic solutions
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing regulations and best practices
