Senior Project Strategist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented leader to oversee cross-functional initiatives spanning business and IT. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of project management experience with strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scoping, and execution for business and IT initiatives.
- Define project goals, success criteria, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Organize steering committee meetings and project status updates.
- Track resource allocation, project performance metrics, and manage budgets effectively.
- Maintain and share project documentation.
- Partner with business and IT teams on process improvements and systems integrations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 8–10 years of project management experience across business or technology domains.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ERP implementations, data migration projects, or system integrations.
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
