AI Systems Engineer

We're seeking an experienced AI Systems Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about solving real-world problems using advanced AI techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs)

Develop and fine-tune prompt engineering strategies for performance optimization

Work on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and knowledge-grounded systems

Apply a wide range of AI techniques including classification, clustering, embeddings, and optimization

Collaborate closely with backend and AI engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems

Contribute to experimentation, model evaluation, and continuous improvement cycles

What We're Looking For:

Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.)

Proficiency in prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and RAG frameworks

Solid understanding of AI fundamentals and applied techniques

Familiarity with tools like LangChain, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute proactively in a fast-paced environment
