AI Engineering Expert

This role involves designing and implementing scalable data intelligence platforms that integrate structured and unstructured data sources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models for tasks such as text generation, synthetic data creation, and content automation.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and product teams to deploy AI solutions into production environments.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, feature stores, and model monitoring systems.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM performance for business use cases.
  • Conduct experiments and A/B testing to evaluate model performance and business impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and MLOps.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with knowledge graphs, semantic search, or data fabric architectures.
  • Familiarity with AutoML, RLHF, or multi-modal AI.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in AKS and be able to integrate the solution in the current landscape. They must ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
