Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager Job Summary:

This role involves leading projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure iterative and flexible delivery.

The ideal candidate should be able to conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. They should also assist the team in understanding and implementing agile principles and practices, and monitor the team's progress and ensure alignment with project goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban;
  • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;
  • Assist the team in understanding and implementing agile principles and practices;
  • Identify and resolve any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress;
  • Monitor the team's progress and ensure alignment with project goals;
  • Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboards to track and visualize team performance, sprint progress, and project metrics;

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master degree;
  • Certified Scrum Master with +5 years of experience;
  • +5 years of experience as Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, etc.):
  • Expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps;
  • Experience with PeopleSoft is an advantage;
  • Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
  • Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution;
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment;
  • Fluent in English;
