Cloud Service Contract Management Specialist

Our team works closely with clients to design and configure cloud service contract management modules, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions that are compliant, secure, and reliable.

  • 8-10 years of experience in functional roles managing cloud service contract management modules.
  • Strong expertise in managing service and supplier contract agreements, including configurable service packages, renewals, flexible billing, and entitlement processing.
  • End-to-end implementations designing and configuring cloud service contract management modules (contract templates, workflows, and integrations).
  • Hands-on implementation experience with project costing, project contracts, and project billing modules.
  • Knowledge and experience in supporting platform as a service (PaaS) and Oracle integration cloud (OIC) integrations.
  • Familiarity with service level agreement (SLA) frameworks and ability to ensure compliance.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required for this role. The successful candidate will liaise effectively with stakeholders and provide weekend on-call support.
