Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Performance Management Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on performance management and balanced scorecard implementation.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and manage a performance-driven culture across the organization. You will work closely with senior leaders to align business goals with people performance and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end performance management processes, including goal setting, calibration, and review management. They will also be expected to develop and implement balanced scorecard frameworks to measure performance across financial, customer, internal process, and learning and growth perspectives.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute
  • 8-12 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on performance management and balanced scorecard implementation
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data
  • Strategic thinking and execution capability
