We are seeking a skilled professional to represent our luxury real estate development as the primary point of contact for prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and receive prospective clients, making them feel valued and comfortable.
  • Host clients during site/property visits, ensuring the experience reflects a luxury standard of service.
  • Provide clients with project information and direct their queries to the sales team.
  • Coordinate with sales, administration, and hospitality teams to prepare for client visits.
  • Maintain a reception area that meets luxury standards.
  • Ensure accurate client records are maintained and appointments are well managed.
  • Handle client requests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in organising customer engagement events and property showcases.
  • Collect feedback from clients and share insights with relevant teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent hosting, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A warm personality with a service-driven attitude.
