Description:

We're seeking a seasoned software architect to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge technology solutions. As a key member of our agile team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing complex software systems that meet our business objectives.

You will execute technical strategies, design, development, and troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems. You will create secure and high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems. You will produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development.

You will gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems. You will proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data and use these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture.

This role requires formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience. Proven experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles is necessary. Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS) is highly valued.

We're looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also essential.

Familiarity with AWS, MongoDB, Drools, or React framework is an added advantage. Exposure to Amazon Web Services (EC2, Step Functions, SNS, SQS, Event Bridge), Mongo DB, Drools Rule Engine, and React JS is preferred.
