Job Description:

The successful candidate will represent clients in complex patent disputes, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. They will also assist senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation preparation, including discovery, deposition preparation, and trial support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • Admission to the Bar in India and in good standing.
  • 4-7 years of experience in patent litigation.
  • Strong familiarity with patent law and procedures.
  • Experience with High Court procedures and litigation processes.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree (e.g., master's or PhD) in Engineering or related field.
  • Prior experience with patent prosecution.
  • Experience with technology-related litigation beyond patent matters.
