Webflow Developer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Webflow developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web properties that drive conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.

The role requires collaboration with our marketing team to design engaging web experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing web pages and landing page concepts in partnership with in-house designers and the marketing team
  • Monitoring site performance and conducting regular audits to ensure optimal user experience
  • Measuring conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and providing actionable insights to the team
  • Creating innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using observations and learning
  • Collaborating with content, design, and product teams to drive business objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the field

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma
  • Understanding of SEO principles and ability to stay updated with ever-changing trends
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites
