Design and Deliver Exceptional User Experiences

We are seeking an accomplished User Experience (UX) Designer to join our rapidly growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the development of innovative digital solutions that empower financial institutions to become industry leaders.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking applications, financial mobile & tablet apps, and web applications.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
    • Participate in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
    • Break down complex design problems into actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest standards, changes, trends, and best practices in the mobile design field.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Banking experience is preferred.
  • Experience in designing web/mobile applications.
  • Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System.
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum environments.
  • Deep understanding of Apple's Human Interface Design Guidelines, Android Design, and other mobile platform designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools, and other relevant design tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
