Mathematics Education Professional

We are seeking an experienced mathematics educator to join our mentor-match team for evening sessions. This is a part-time opportunity ideal for qualified professionals passionate about helping students succeed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create customized teaching materials and resources
  • Develop and assign homework and tests aligned with curriculum standards
  • Conduct engaging and effective tutoring sessions, promoting student understanding and progress
  • Prior experience in AS/A Level teaching or tutoring is mandatory, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality educational outcomes
  • Deliver demo lessons for prospective students, showcasing expertise and passion for the subject
  • Provide regular progress reports and constructive feedback to support student development
  • Commit to at least 24 hours per week across 6 days, ensuring consistent availability and flexibility

Essential Qualities:

  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge with the ability to explain complex mathematical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Ability to create custom lesson plans and assessment materials that cater to diverse learning styles and needs
  • Exemplify excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
