Job Overview

As a seasoned professional in the field of artificial intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in crafting cutting-edge tools that drive social impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with seamless integration of embeddings, chunking, and similarity search capabilities.
  • Implement smart workflows with persistent memory utilizing Redis, in-memory caching, or custom layers to enhance system performance.
  • Develop modular APIs that are asynchronous, fast, and production-ready to meet the demands of a dynamic environment.
  • Drive end-to-end features from prompt engineering to deploying in Docker/CI/CD pipelines with precision and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate expertise in Python programming, with hands-on experience in FastAPI development (async endpoints, dependency injection, modular project structure).
  • Proven knowledge of LangChain, LLMs, and Vector DBs (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or FAISS) to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
  • Comfortable working with stateful/memory systems (Redis, Postgres JSONB, or custom context persistence) to optimize system performance.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Git-based CI/CD workflows to streamline deployment processes.
  • Strong understanding of Postgres schema design and migrations to maintain data consistency.
  • Bonus: Proficiency in React + Tailwind for frontend development is highly desirable.
