About the Role

The Communication and Creative Manager serves as the central point of contact between the creative team and various departments. This role is vital for understanding project requirements, effectively communicating them to the creative team, and managing communication with external vendors and partners.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison between creative directors, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Work on projects spanning luxury, retail, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Evaluate creative outputs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and brand identity.
  • Promote collaboration through clear communication across departments.
  • Determine project requirements, timelines, and expectations, then relay them to the creative team.
  • Gather input and clarify needs for effective project execution.
  • Oversee external vendors, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
  • Organize regular meetings, updates, and feedback sessions.
  • Create clear, actionable project briefs.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends to optimize processes.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, creative coordination, or communications management.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience working with external vendors and partners.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Salary Estimate: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
