This role offers a unique blend of technical support and strategic security implementation.

As our primary IT infrastructure administrator, you will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support across all departments while establishing and enforcing comprehensive security policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay current with security threats, technology trends, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First-Level Technical Support: Provide immediate resolution for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Desktop & Device Management: Administer employee workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
  • Network Infrastructure: Manage internal networking components including switches, routers, and access points
  • Microsoft Environment Administration:
  • Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, groups, and permissions
  • Administer SharePoint sites, document libraries, and collaboration spaces
  • Oversee OneDrive deployment, storage policies, and file sharing protocols
  • Handle Exchange Online mailbox management, distribution lists, and email security

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in IT support and security administration
  • Microsoft Ecosystem: Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and related tools
  • Network Security: Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security architectures
  • Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows (Server and Desktop)
  • Security Tools: Experience with endpoint protection, vulnerability scanning, and security monitoring tools

This position reports directly to our CISO/DevSecOps Lead and works closely with the Security and DevOps teams.
