Key Responsibilities:

  2. Policy Administration: Develop and maintain Zscaler security policies, access controls, and authentication settings (e.g., SAML/SSO) that align with organizational standards and compliance frameworks.">

System Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously monitor Zscaler dashboards for alerts, anomalies, and performance metrics. Provide clients with regular reports on threat activity, usage trends, and compliance status.

User Support & Issue Resolution: Offer expert support for Zscaler-related issues. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve connectivity, access, and policy-related problems. Escalate complex issues as needed.

Documentation & Change Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation including configuration records, troubleshooting guides, network diagrams, and change logs. Ensure all updates follow established change management protocols.

Client Engagement & Coordination: Participate in client meetings, status calls, and planning sessions. Communicate technical updates, policy changes, and recommendations clearly and professionally. Liaise with client IT teams, cybersecurity personnel, and vendors to ensure seamless operation and integration of Zscaler solutions.

Compliance & Audit Support: Assist clients with compliance initiatives by ensuring Zscaler configurations align with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, GDPR). Support audit preparation and evidence collection.

Platform Maintenance & Updates: Stay informed about Zscaler product updates and coordinate implementation of new features or integrations. Recommend improvements based on evolving security needs and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:
