Chief Visual Design Specialist

We are seeking a talented Web Designer to join our team at Esferasoft Solutions Pvt Ltd. This role involves conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for websites, as well as creating visual elements that align with the overall branding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript and responsive design
- Proficient with WordPress, with experience in implementing HTML designs using the latest standards
- Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, storyboards, and site maps
- Design and develop new interfaces for users
- Active involvement in UI / UX meetings to provide expertise and initial mockup sketches
- Create a style guide that dictates the colors, fonts, and design patterns used in the web app
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies
