Project Director Position

We are seeking an accomplished project director to lead the successful execution of projects while upholding exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and oversee project progress ensuring timely completion with high-quality results
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • IDentify and mitigate potential design discrepancies and execution risks
  • Validate work orders, BOQs, and drawings for accuracy
  • Develop detailed project schedules highlighting task interdependencies
  • Audit site work through regular on-site inspections and remote monitoring
  • Ensure adherence to quality and timeline requirements
  • Provide technical guidance to Site Supervisors
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks and implement corrective solutions

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Management or Construction Management from a reputable institution
  • Strong Project Management/Engineering background with 6+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of home renovation site execution
  • Ability to assess feasibility, visualize conditions, and foresee execution risks
  • Process-driven approach with quick problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude with strong prioritization skills
  • High level of ownership and learning aptitude
  • Past experience in Project Management/Operations is essential
