Job Overview

Persistent is seeking a seasoned Delivery Leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality solutions to clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing delivery teams to ensure timely project completion.

  • Role: Delivery Lead

  • Experience: 17-25 Years

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will lead and manage delivery teams, overseeing project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery, migration. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading delivery teams, providing guidance on project timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and make informed decisions.
  • Developing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 15 years of progressive experience in delivery leadership roles for software development and Salesforce management programs.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director level stakeholders.
