Key Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge of automobile systems & EV related systems especially 2w.
  • Vehicle integration expertise.
  • Effective engineering bill of materials (BOM) and engineering change notice (ECN) management.
  • Proficiency in complete new product development cycles.
  • Detailed design and drafting skills for vehicle systems with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
  • In-depth knowledge of materials and material properties.
  • Strong ability to convert technical requirements into robust designs.
  • CMVR / Homologation requirement expertise.
  • Benchmarking and supplier coordination for design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA).
Software Skills:
  • Proficiency in Solid Works is mandatory along with hands-on experience in part modeling, drafting, assembly, system layouts, and vehicle level layouts.
  • PLM knowledge.
  • Hyper mesh and CAE analysis expertise.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent behavioral skills including teamwork, interpersonal skills, persuasiveness, self-discipline, conflict resolution, and communication.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Basic electronics knowledge is an added advantage.
