Job Title:

Assistant Manager Finance

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
  • Financial Modelling: Build financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Detailed Project Reports & Feasibility Studies: Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Manage Direct Tax, GST, and TDS compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Corporate Finance Advisory: Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA- Inter, Mcom, Bcom: Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • 3-5 years of experience: In finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Hands-on experience: With financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP: And financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills: Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.
