We are currently hiring for a challenging position at Jio. Based out of locations in Uttar Pradesh, the role will involve managing end-to-end Jio Fiber business operations.

Job Overview

The Jio Centre Home Lead position requires 6-10 years of experience and a B.E/B.Tech/ M.B.A qualification. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales and home connect operations, achieving targeted customer bases and revenues, and driving updates to land-base, joint surveys, and RFC releases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end Jio Fiber business operations at the Jio Centre
  • Oversee sales and home connect operations to drive revenue growth
  • Achieve targeted customer acquisition and retention goals
  • Drive updates to land-base, joint surveys, and RFC releases to ensure timely execution of network deployments
  • Ensure adherence to service delivery and assurance KPIs
  • Maintain relationships with local authorities and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project execution skills, customer focus, business acumen, and the ability to manage diverse teams. Knowledge of LAN and fibre optics, direct sales operations management, relationship management, and team handling capability are also essential.
