Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our financial operations, ensuring seamless and accurate management of day-to-day transactions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash receipts, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure accuracy in daily financial postings, reconciliations, and closing activities.
- Oversee cash flow to ensure timely financial commitments are met.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure alignment with internal accounts.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports to highlight performance trends.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes for timely reporting.
- Monitor budget allocations, spending patterns, and variances against forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis and communicate findings to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on budget adherence.
- Maintain compliance with local and statutory accounting principles and guidelines.
- Support audits and respond to auditors' inquiries on transactional and general ledger matters.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA/CPA certification preferred.
- Proven work experience (4+ years) in accounting or finance, ideally managing daily operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across departments.
