Our journey has taken us from our own D2C store to leading marketplaces. Now, we are seeking a skilled performance marketer who can fuel our growth with strategic marketing efforts.

This role is ideal for those who thrive on data-driven decision-making, creative brainstorming, and driving results through Google Ads dashboards.

The Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience (2-3 years) with Google Ads & Meta Ads in a D2C or agency environment
  • A keen eye for numbers, data, and analytics, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager
  • An analytical mindset combined with creativity, enabling you to balance data-driven decisions with experimentation
  • A self-starter with a curiosity to try new approaches in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Bonus: Experience in retention marketing, CRO, or email/SMS marketing is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and scale high-ROI campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Optimize relentlessly by tracking key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions, and daily results
  • Test and analyze A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop ads that effectively engage audiences
  • Analyze campaign performance, uncover insights, and translate data into actionable steps
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and drive business impact
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest paid platforms to maintain a competitive edge
