Senior Credit Risk Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Determine and develop comprehensive credit risk models to ensure effective management of unsecured rural/semi-urban lending initiatives.
- Implement and monitor a range of credit risk strategies across the lending life cycle, including acquisition, underwriting, cross-selling, and collections.
- Analyze portfolio trends and identify early warning signals to track portfolio quality against accepted risk parameters.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date risk policies that reflect dynamic external environments and internal risk appetites.
- Promote data-driven insights through analysis of industry trends and preparation of informative dashboards for senior management.
- Ensure adherence to risk policies by reviewing processes and implementing necessary controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.
- A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in managing risk within Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), Fintech, or Lending organizations.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and ability to extract valuable insights.
- Excellent knowledge of statistical models and their applications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Python and SQL programming languages.
