We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality and accuracy of our eLearning courses.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Verifying the quality of audio production, including voice talent readings and text transcript formatting.
- Checking visuals and timing, including graphics, on-screen text, and spelling/grammar.
- Ensuring interactivities function as described in the storyboard, including feedback and click-to-reveal items.
- Testing the course in various browsers and confirming player menu items function as desired.
- LMS testing, including course uploads, assignment to test users, and recording completion status.
Qualifications for this role include:
- Exceptional proof reading skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office.
