Gallagher, a global leader in insurance and risk management, is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our US Art Studio team.

About the Role

This critical role involves production design quality control, accuracy, and timely delivery of art assets. As a key member of our in-house agency, you will work closely with the Studio Production Manager to ensure seamless execution of design concepts and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Flawless execution of design concepts and use of templates developed by Art and external agencies.
  • Efficiently manage a high-volume of production edits, updates, and revisions to existing projects or templated creative.
  • Ensure all work meets project briefs, quality control measures have been taken, and work is accurate, technically correct, high-quality, and press- or user-ready.
  • Design marketing pieces, including print, digital, mobile, social media executions, campaign collateral, and corporate materials based on brand guidelines and project summaries.

You will be responsible for balancing multiple projects and tasks using Workfront (project management software) and collaborating with the Studio Production Manager to complete workload in a timely manner, meeting strict deadlines.

About You

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of related work experience supporting clients in a high-traffic design environment, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Advanced knowledge of production-level design skills and Adobe Creative Cloud tools and shortcuts.
  • Experience creating and applying knowledge of social media and web-based graphic / asset guidelines and best-practices.

A strong communicator with excellent organizational skills, you must be able to absorb, understand, and follow direction and constructive criticism to consistently grow in this role.

Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
