Workplace Design Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Workplace Designer to create functional, aesthetic, and collaborative workspaces that align with our company vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design office layouts that support employee productivity, well-being, and company success.
  • Conduct space planning and programming for efficient and effective space use.
  • Create visual representations of new and existing office spaces.
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors on project timelines and implementation.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices for workplace design.
  • Analyze employee feedback and space utilization data to refine workspace configurations.
  • Develop and present design proposals to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate designs for compliance with safety regulations and accessibility standards.
  • Lead or coordinate the execution of workplace design projects.
  • Provide guidance on furniture, lighting, and materials that align with the design vision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture.
  • 3+ years of experience in Corporate Interior Design projects.
  • Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Sketchup, and Photoshop.
