Job Title: Fullstack Manager

This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including architecture, design, development, testing and production.

You will lead a team of 30-50 members with strong expertise in .Net, Java, Microservices and Azure technologies. You should have proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead technology capabilities across the full SDLC.
  2. Partner with business owners, technical teams and senior leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Act as the first point of contact for your team on well-being, interpersonal dynamics and professional development.
  4. Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture aligned with company values.
  5. Support conflict resolution and promote open honest communication.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve delivery issues tied to team dynamics.
  7. Stay connected with operational teams to align with business priorities.
  8. Serve as a bridge between individuals and leadership regarding people-related matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery DevOps and CI/CD.
