Job Title: Loss Prevention Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Loss Prevention Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in protecting our assets and ensuring the well-being of our guests and employees.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage security and loss prevention operations to prevent theft, damage, and other losses.
  • Assist in administering fire prevention programs and emergency preparedness.
  • Conduct hazard and risk assessments to identify potential threats and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective procedures for shutting down the property securely.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Lead patrols to ensure the property's interior and exterior are secure.
  • Follow up on unusual activities that may impact guest and employee safety.
  • Investigate incidents and take corrective action to prevent future occurrences.
  • Monitor and control risk to minimize losses and ensure compliance.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years' experience in security/loss prevention or related field.
  • Qualifications: 2-year degree in Criminal Justice or related major; 1 year's experience in security/loss prevention or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
