Senior Analog Design Expert

The role requires a highly skilled analog mixed-signal circuit designer to lead the development of high-performance chip products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership and leadership of analog/mixed designs at chip and/or block level, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Define optimal architectures to achieve competitive product specifications, leveraging expertise in CMOS analog/mixed signal circuit design.
  • Design, simulate, and characterize high-performance and high-speed circuits, including Transmitter, Receiver, LDO, PLL, DLL, and PI circuits.
  • Create high-level models for design tradeoff analysis and behavior model for verification simulations, driving innovation in the field.
  • Collaborate with the layout team to develop floorplans that demonstrate post-extraction performance, guaranteeing seamless integration.
  • Document analysis and simulation results to show that designs meet critical electrical, timing parameters, and pre-silicon verification flow requirements.
  • Mentor/manage junior team members, fostering a growth mindset among the team to encourage collaboration & inclusion.
  • Participate and drive post-silicon validation, debug, and customer collaboration, delivering exceptional solutions.
