Senior Digital Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced digital design specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex digital circuits using various EDA tools.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in ASIC physical design, digital physical design, and related technologies. They will work with 3nm & 5nm technology nodes, EDA synthesis, APR, STA tools, and methodologies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing complex digital circuits using ASIC PD, digital physical design, and other relevant technologies.
  • Working with 3nm & 5nm technology nodes, EDA synthesis, APR, STA tools, and methodologies.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following tools: ICC, ICC2, Innovus, Olympus.
  • Working knowledge of one or more of the following tools: Primetime, Calibre, and Redhawk.
  • Multi modes and multi corners STA, multiple power planes, and multiple VT libraries.
  • Basic domain knowledge of EM, IR, RV analysis, Noise, and Formal Equivalence Verification.
  • Good scripting skills in PERL, TCL, and shell languages.
  • Experience with tape-ins of moderate to high-speed designs with multiple power planes.
  • Debugging, fixing, and validating pre- and post-silicon IP/sub-system logic issues and bugs.

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in ASIC PD, digital physical design, and related technologies.
  • Expert level proficiency in Chinese language is mandatory for preferred work locations (Beijing, Taiwan, and Vietnam).
  • Preferred resources with valid regional work permits.
