AI System Developer Position

The role of an AI system developer is a high-impact position within our team. We are seeking a skilled developer to design and build advanced LLM-driven agentic systems with memory, multi-step planning, and tool invocation capabilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop cutting-edge agentic systems that utilize LLMs for problem-solving and automation.
  • Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) patterns to integrate LLMs with APIs, scrapers, and microservices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate problem statements into intelligent automation flows.
  • Maintain clean, scalable code and contribute to production-ready pipelines with Docker, FastAPI, and Git.
  • Stay updated with the latest innovations in LLM reasoning, agent architectures, and open-source tools.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Possess 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or backend engineering roles, with recent focus on LLM-based systems.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of LLM prompting, tool chaining, memory management, and agent planning frameworks (e.g., ReAct, Tree of Thought).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker), REST APIs, and version control systems (Git).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
