Electrical Design Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our electrical design team. This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering and power systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute projects from conceptual design to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Design product solutions based on customer requirements for DC SMPS based Power Systems, UPS Panels, and Distribution Panels.
  • Provide technical and engineering support to internal and external customers, including analysis of technical requirements and preparation of design documents.
  • Review and validate engineering drawings and design calculations to ensure adherence to technical specifications and engineering standards.
  • Suggest ways to optimize Bill of Materials (BOM) cost and provide quality engineering documentation.
Requirements:
  • B-Tech degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical/power system & UPS industries.
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards, such as IEC 60204-1 and IEC 61439-1-2.
  • Excellent project management skills, including cost/schedule/resource planning and control.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD for SLD and wiring diagrams, and familiar with electrical switchgear, cables, bus-bar sizing, mechanical designing, wire harness, product quality, and safety norms.
Skills:
  • Designing of DC SMPS based Power Systems for telecom and industrial requirements.
  • Experience in electro-mechanical designing of Electrical Panels/UPS Panels- ACDB/DCDB/MCC/PCC.
  • Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical codes and Standards.
