Job Description

As a strategic investment professional, you will play a key role in delivering value to high net worth clients by developing and executing investment strategies across various asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on mutual funds and alternative investments to identify opportunities for growth and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase product penetration rates and enhance client engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including RMs, IAs, and CIOs, to ensure effective communication and alignment of messaging.
  • Design and implement data-driven decision-making frameworks to inform valuations and cross-asset allocation strategies.
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns that can inform investment decisions.
  • Work closely with the Quants team to develop and refine models that support investment strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments, asset classes, and investment products to inform investment strategy.
Requirements:
  • 0-5 years' experience in Mutual Funds/Hedge Funds/Private Markets.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Solid knowledge of fund operations, dealing, and compliance in the Asia region.
  • Basic programming skills in languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience with data analysis and writing macro commentaries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with a passion for data science and investment research.
