About This Role

As a seasoned investment professional, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by identifying and executing strategic investment opportunities.

  • You will be responsible for overseeing complex transactions from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Utilizing your expertise in equity investments, M&A, and project finance structures, you will develop and structure new investment opportunities that align with our growth strategy.
  • A key aspect of this role is identifying and assessing key risks and opportunities in target companies, including coordinating due diligence activities and developing effective mitigants.
  • Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive value creation and execute portfolio management strategies.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field, combined with a deep understanding of investment processes and market trends.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in investment management, preferably in infrastructure investments.
  • Advanced knowledge of sustainability technologies, including renewables, energy transition, transportation, and data centers.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively in an international setting.
