Job Title: Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced community manager to join our team. As a community manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a thriving online community and social media presence.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute strategies to build, grow, and engage a vibrant online and offline community.
  • Curate and create engaging content relevant to the community, and actively moderate discussions to ensure a positive and constructive environment.
  • Plan, organize, promote, and execute a series of engaging online events (e.g., webinars, workshops, virtual conferences).
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all aspects from concept to post-event analysis.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support community growth.
  3. Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key industry influencers to amplify our message, expand reach, and drive community participation.
  4. Liaise with speakers for both online and offline events, managing schedules, content requirements, and logistics.
  5. Analyze market trends and community insights to identify new market opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven 3+ years' experience in community management, social media management, and online event management.
  • Demonstrable success in building and engaging online communities.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
