Job Opportunity

A high-end professional environment demands a poised, detail-oriented individual who excels in supporting the Founder of an esteemed luxury travel company. This role involves day-to-day administration, client coordination, vendor communications, and internal workflow management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Executive Support: Manage Founders calendar, travel schedules, and meeting coordination.
  2. Administrative Excellence: Oversee office operations, vendor follow-ups, and internal documentation.
  3. Client & Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with luxury hospitality partners, venues, and service providers.

This position requires a Graduate degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Communications, with extensive experience in EA/Admin roles, preferably in luxury, travel, or hospitality.

The ideal candidate will have impeccable written and verbal skills, a strong eye for detail, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
