Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive financial plans and models.
- Maintain targets and make necessary adjustments based on plan vs actual performance.
- Create regular management information systems (MIS) and dashboards for leadership, investors, and management.
- Analyze revenue trends and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct periodic data reconciliation between internal and insurer data, resolving discrepancies with insurers and sales teams.
- Examine cost-related KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to minimize leakages.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders to report key metrics and support process-related reporting.
- Prioritize system automation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong data gathering and manipulation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and influence decision-making.
- Sound business acumen, curiosity, agility, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with editorial expertise.
- Expertise in Excel, Google Spreadsheet, presentations, and models.
- Previous experience in business-facing roles is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
